"Got three bids from local concrete people. Unique concrete was very competitive on pricing and was very good with following up. There was a small snafu when they cancelled a day before the first scheduled work day, but Ignacio explained the mix up and made sure we would be taken care of. Workday the workers showed up early. Ignacio was there to make sure all went well. Workers were polite and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. We had one small area that needed follow up and Ignacio was very responsive and had someone over the next morning to fix it. Our project was small, and most places weren't interested or wanted ridiculous fees. Unique Concrete explained there wasn't much money to be made here but they were doing this as a courtesy to build good relations for future work or referrals. We will definitely work with them again. Ignacio was great."

"I highly recommend Sunset Concrete. Marc knows what he is talking about and how to work with the city. When Marc gave me the estimate, he was able to explain what the notice from the city meant as well as how to talk to the inspector about some work that the city wanted me to do that he thought was unecessary. With this knowledge, I was able to get the city to amend the permit and bring the cost of the work down. Marc's guys did the work efficiently and well. My sidewalk looks better than the sidewalks in front of other houses. The overall cost was also less than what the city wanted to charge me to do the replacement and less than all the other estimates I received. <br /> Marc is a little slow at returning phone calls but his price is the best and the work is great, so having a little patience for him to get back to you (which he always does) is well worth it. <br />"

"Morgan Construction was one of several contractors that we chose from given a list from our insurance company. We are SO GLAD that we went with Morgan. We really appreciated the types and depth of questions that were asked during the estimate, as well as the multiple options that we were given for our two-room project moving forward. There are several aspects of the project that were handled especially well: 1. Highly communicative. Emails and text messages were communicated with excellent turn around time, addressing all questions and concerns in a prompt manner. 2. The vendor list that was given to us by Morgan Construction featured high quality, well-valued options for bathroom fixtures and tiling. Other, cheaper contractors blankly told us to "go to Home Depot" which was just ridiculous given the lasting investment that we wanted to make. All vendors came through with excellent materials in a reasonable amount of time. We were very pleased with our choices and with the finished result. 3. The quality of sub-contractor work was phenomenal. The bathroom tile installation, electrical work, and plumbing were all done in a very efficient and high quality manner. All subcontractors also cleaned up after their portion of the project in a very thorough and detailed manner - much appreciated. 4. Daniel Morgan, the contractor who came out to do the initial estimate, was present on side for the majority of the project. He kept us updated on the status of repairs at each step of the project, and gave valuable advice on fixtures and installation options. The fact that he was so highly involved in all steps of the project was also greatly appreciated. There was a level of quality and pride in the work done that surpassed even our highest expectations. We give Morgan Construction our highest recommendation and are very grateful that we ended up accepting their bid."

"SOD Home Group completed a major remodel and home addition project for us. We interviewed a few other contractors, but SOD stood out because of their fair pricing, confidence and professionalism. They transformed our ageing 1600 sq.ft. home into an amazing 2900 sq. ft. that is absolutely breathtaking. Since this was our dream home being built, we were very involved in selecting materials for the project and the SOD team was very accommodating. They also worked well with other contractors like HVAC, fire sprinkler and sidewalk. They executed the job to perfection while coordinating with the city for inspections.
