Reviewed all work completed and physically showed me what he did which included added surge protectors to the HVAC system, full house generator, cable system and the circuit breaker panel. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. "What started out as a request to fix my own mistakes upgrading outlets turned into a much needed remediation of a long delayed problem area.
