"I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. "Ronnie Barnes of LDS Renovations came out to Park Ridge on Saturday, Dec 12, examined a broken upper section of a double hung thermo pane window, gave us a detailed explanation of how the window could be fixed, how long it would take, and the cost for him to do the work. We called him later on Saturday and told him to proceed. Two days later, he called to tell us that the glass would be ready soon and that he could complete the repair on Friday, December 18. He and an assistant came out on December 18 as he promised and completed the repair. Not only did he do an excellent job but he also fixed a jam in the lower section of the window."

"John promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment for the next morning to have him take a look at my garage door opener which was not working correctly.  John was able to figure out immediately what was wrong and got the opener working in about 5 minutes.  Since it was such an easy fix he helped me reprogram my opener and also serviced the garage door.  He noticed that when the door was manually lifted it was quite heavy.  He asked me if I had the spring replaced recently and I said yes...about a couple of years ago.  He adjusted the spring and then oiled all the hinges.  Great job.  Highly recommend John for the great work.
