"The worker arrived and began with tearing down the old deck stairs and continued to build the new ones and a gate. He was all by himself and was here for about 8 hours. Never saw him take a break. I have a call in to Miguel who is supposed managing the project, but no reply to my message. It is a frustrating situation.
