A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor."
