"This was a HUGE project. This very big 1910 farm house needed to be scrapped and repainted, several areas of woodwork needed to be replaced and/or repaired. The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough. Bob Sr. and his son, Bob Jr. run a great "We do it All" company."

"Our experience with Yutka fence was outstanding! Our contact with the office staff (Jaime) was prompt and friendly. They let us know what the process would be to choose a fence and have it installed. Tom came out and gave us information about the different fence styles and worked out a rough diagram on our lot of what we liked. He left us with the information and a rough estimate of the cost. Once we decided on the details, Tom came out with a plat of our property and laid out the design while we walked our yard, showing us how the gates would open and made some suggestions that were very helpful. We made the final decision of what we wanted and called the office to set up a date for the installation of the fence. About a week later the installation crew led by Abel came out and installed the fence in two days. They were very skilled and friendly. The installation was perfect! They took time to get all the details right. The fence sloped down both sides of our back yard and they adjusted the fence to make all the fence boards plumb. It was a very professional installation. The crew cleaned up our yard very well at the end of the project. The quality of their work and materials were beyond our expectations.
