"One of the best home services we've had in a long time! First, we got three quotes, but Alex of Roszman was the only person who inspected our roof from the inside as well as outside. He advised us that there were no leaks inside, and that honestly, we could go another year or two without replacement. His quote was almost exactly equal to one almost as highly-rated competitor. (The third was insanely high!) We went ahead with Roszman, and got on the schedule. The crew came out and worked very fast and efficiently, but did a really nice job of protecting our new gutters, and cleaning up. One and a half days later they were done and our roof looks beautiful. One hiccup was that one of our downspout extensions was lost in the process, but Alex ordered a new one and came out and installed it in two days. A great job and experience all around!"

"Flawless execution. At the appointed time, the shingle truck showed up, followed by the dumpster. At the same time, the Crew Leader, Rick and his team started assembling. Rick introduced himself and explained what was going to happen and reassured me that a leak issue I had would be taken care of. Once they decided on a plan of action, they attacked the roof and had the job done in two and a half days, with a day break in the middle due to rain. The rain was not an issue as the roof was done in sections, watertight, and protected at all times. As a fairly old roof, the team replaced 13 sheets of plywood and rebuilt a saddle near the chimney which had been constructed incorrectly and was the source of a leak we had. Rick documented these issues with photographs and communicated them to me prior to repair. In doing so, any additional cost above the original estimate was expected, and reasonable. At the end of work each day, the site was cleaned, debris removed, tools stowed and ready for the next day. In speaking with the crew, I was impressed with their enthusiasm, pride in their work and professionalism. Finally, while most of us can find more pleasant things to spend a large chunk of money on, I feel the value we received was worth the price. This clearly begins with Mike, the owner. From my first conversation with him through completion, Mike was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, forthcoming and transparent regarding the service he provides. Given that, his high rate of accepted estimates (estimates done seamlessly with no meetings or inconvenience, by satellite technology, I might add), is no surprise. Put simply, he's easy to get hold of, easy to talk to, and I am confident that when he says call him anytime, they stand behind their work - he means it. As a result, I would use 4 Guys again, and will recommend them to any who ask."

"The appraisal, done by Jeff, was super, he explained everything that was to be done to repair our leaky room, 5 leaks in different rooms, 4 in living room 1 in dining room. "Fantastic, I am very happy. I have to admit that never having done this before, I was extremely concerned about the chemicals being used and probably worried about it more than I needed to. Steve was excellent about all my questions more than once, and the guys who came out were very helpful, too, wanting to do whatever they could to address my concerns so I was feeling better about the whole thing. I will tell you up front that if you have streaks, do use this service. It looks like I re-roofed my house!!! I cannot believe the difference. I had a great roof that had many years to go on it, but it looked terrible and affected the overall appearance of my home tremendously. Now everything looks incredibly clean and maintained because the roof is clean. About the chemicals, all we did was to hose down the areas where the downspouts were. I even had a beautiful, prized hydrangea bush that I was pretty convinced would be affected, but it turned out it was totally fine. And it was right at the bottom of a downspout. The one downspout that I forgot to pay attention to and hose down (which the guys do help with hosing things down, but I wanted to do extra) ... did have some grass that was affected. But it was only a small amount and even though I was super concerned about the effect it would have on my landscaping, it was nothing like I thought and 100% totally worth it for the outcome. I will work with Steve again in years to come when my roof develops issues again, and I am fully confident he will be in business because it's a great service and he knows how to meet his customers needs and concerns. Truly fabulously happy with this service and so glad I called him. I hated looking at the roof every time I viewed my house from the street ... but now I take my time pulling out of the drive just so I can look at how clean and amazingly new it looks. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Worth every single penny!!!"
