"We moved into a 12 year old home and gave a list of several issues to Mr. Electric that we wanted fixed (e.g. fixing outlets that did not work, repair doorbell, replace circuit breaker that kept tripping) and also several new jobs (move light fixures, install new light fixtures, put front porch on timer). <br /> They did all of the above perfectly with one exception.  We wanted one additional recessed ceiling light in our living room.  They installed it fine but used a white metal backplate whereas all the other recessed ceiling lights in the living room and rest of the house use black metal backplates.  It stands out as odd.  The installer told use we could go to Lowe's and buy the correct one and switch it out easily ourselves.  I thought to myself, isn't this what I'm paying you guys to do?  Seems like they should have taken care to get that right or offered to fix it.  Other than that, they were really great and I will continue to use them. <br />"
