"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. "I had contacted new view roofing and was working to get a honest quote. They are certainly professional, however the price was a lot higher than expected for roof repairs. In addition it had no room left to do some of the additional repairs I needed. You will find roofing companies can cover your 1% deductible and more if they choose to. In majority of the cases they can cover gutters, vents, and include upgrades. It is best to shop around for 3 or so quotes and DON'T sign any contract, proposal or quote without firming down the price and items. I ended up choosing a really good/honest roofing company that worked with me to get everything needed for a great price."
