"Hexter Fair handled the closing when we purchased a house. To start off, they were late. There were several couples and realtors waiting outside their door when the receptionist strolled up to work late. Once inside, we still had to wait on the person who handled our paperwork. That person somewhat saved them with her professionalism. After we left, it got worse. They were supposed to contact my realtor after the sellers had signed and the money had been sent by the mortgage company so that I could get the keys. They did not. My realtor contacted them a couple of times and was told that they would send her an email when it was ready. We had to call back again close to the end of the day to see what the problem was. The receptionist told my realtor that everything was sitting at her desk and she had forgotten to send the email. Based on her careless attitude, if I had not asked my realtor to call them again, I guess she would have just left our stuff at her desk and went home. <br />"

He was very professional in all his work with us. His crews arrived right on time as he said they would. They were so quite my wife hardly realized they were working in the yard. They were clean, professional, and worked well as a team. They were very patient and friendly and worked late into the days for both of the days they were at our house, They also kept us advised when they did not have enough sod and had to come back the next work day to finish our efforts.
