"This review is long overdue for a repair done this past fall. . Repaired a large hole in kitchen ceiling caused from plumbing issues. The ceiling looks perfect!!! Skim coated entire ceiling to blend in and painted. Attentive to detail. Should have called them years ago. They were very professional and charged a fair price for the work involved. "My brother hired Josh and his team to renovate a townhouse purchased for our family. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The project was not completed within the original timeline, and several aspects of the work required follow-up to be addressed properly. Some trim and baseboard work appeared incomplete until it was specifically pointed out, and the overall quality of the painting did not meet the standard we anticipated. Multiple subcontractors were used throughout the project, which seemed to contribute to inconsistencies in workmanship. After the flooring was installed, it was damaged during continued work, and protective coverings did not appear to be consistently used.
