He provided an estimate, discussed details, and remained involved throughout the entire process. Despite a rainy period of many days, Rich worked continually to get the job done, and do it right. He kept us informed of progress, and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rich and his workers arrived early each day, and worked a full day. Workers were neat and careful, and did an excellent job. While their price was not the cheapest estimate we received, their work excellent. Brad came out took a look at the job room by room evaluated what needed to be accomplished and provided a rough estimate before he walked out the door. Very professional, very easy to speak with. When the team arrived we were pleasantly surprised they did not start painting immediately; they spent almost a day 1/2 prepping!! from caulking around the windows and doors to hanging enough plastic tarp in the kitchen to protect the cabinets that it resembled an operating room. We couldn't wait for them to finish because we were SO excited to see the end result, and we were not disappointed.
