"Met with owner Joe yesterday, he was very pleasant to work with. Now I’m waiting for work to be done this week. Would recommend them. Plus price is inline with my budget. Work was scheduled for Friday 5-2-2025 supposed to be in afternoon, but they came at 9am instead. The work was completed in under 45 minutes, they did a great job Thank you to Joe and his team."

"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
