I am a 67 year old female with grey hair and crews in the past have tried to take advantage, did not listen, did not communicate and did shoddy work as fast as they could to get the job done. They were careful to the extreme to make sure measurements were accurate.... proper water runoff.... slope.... and also discussed city code with me.
