The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.

"Tomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly. He seems to have expertise in almost every category of home repair and construction. He is timely, responsive, and follows-through on all aspects of communication and timing. "Mike's quoted 3 systems; the multi-zone Mitsubishi hyper-heat system was about twice the cost of the Trane single-zone std. heatpump. The quote from a 2nd HVAC installer for a standard Carrier single-zone heatpump system was only $1000 less than Mike's Mitsubishi system. I wasn't originally considering the Mitsubishi because of the cost but the Carrier-system quote changed my mind. It took two days to complete. The installers were efficient, professional and amiable. They did a good job and took the time they needed to install the equipment correctly and make it look good. The condensor unit was delivered to Mike's with a dent; they gave me the option of a price break or getting another unit shipped next-day. The Mitsubishi system they installed operates much differently from the 13 year old standard-heatpump-system it replaces; before they left, the technician took the time to explain what to expect regarding the system's operation and encouraged me to contact Mike's if I had any questions or concerns."
