"Guillermo and Edwardo surpassed my expectations. I have had disappointing experiences in the past with male crews. I am a 67 year old female with grey hair and crews in the past have tried to take advantage, did not listen, did not communicate and did shoddy work as fast as they could to get the job done. These gentlemen were respectful, they listened, they talked with me throughout the project and they were perfectionists. They were careful to the extreme to make sure measurements were accurate.... proper water runoff.... slope.... and also discussed city code with me. I won't be fined or have to pay for a permit or bring in an engineer because they followed city code. The best part is how beautiful the project turned out. Using 8 tons of heavy steps, the crew laid a beautiful walk and steps from our driveway to the bottom of our yard. Then they installed a planting bed and mulched it all.
