(Previous bids/interviews wouldn’t touch it because of the need of hand labor) The crew understood what needed to be done and did not hesitate. Sometimes, a job needs hands on instead on reliance on mechanical assistance. His estimate was very reasonable versus large operation quick fix. If you’re looking for a good homeowner /contractor relationship, this is the answer. Wait times are minimal and work done quickly. My project was straight forward and he was able to successfully complete it a couple days. Don’t expect high pressure sales, just straight forward plan. My past experience with other concrete contractors was very disappointing. If you have a special project or even something straight forward, Alfredo’s company should be your first call. Next concrete job needed, I know who to call. And, to top it off, Alfredo is very, very proud of his work. It’s s personal goal. You will not be disappointed."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."
