"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. Response from the Jerry was quick and after I had completed my portion of the preperation the roofing crew came in promptly. The work was completed in a professional and very efficient manner. Clean up by the crew was to the point where it appeared as though nothing had ever happened. I will call Proctor Enterprises for my next project. Note: I am not a good photographer !"

"These guys were amazing from start to finish! My salesperson John was great - I was ready to tell him I didn't want the hard sell and that I was getting several quotes, but there was no need; he was very easy to talk to, explained everything to my satisfaction, and answered all of my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. I kept in touch with John as I had to change my dates of availability and he answered me quickly and worked with me to find the right dates. My roof replacement was a big job - I needed a complete tear off of 3 layers including the original cedar. They estimated it would be a 2 day job. On the day they were to begin work, they were right on time and the first person I met was the owner Mike. I had a couple of requests, I asked Mike to text me when they were finished for the day so that I would know when myself and the dogs could come back for the evening, and most importantly that because I have 3 dogs I needed the back yard to be cleaned up of any nails and debris before they each day. Mike texted me on both days as they were leaving and I think my entire lawn was even cleaner that it was when they started! My new roof looks great and I could not be more pleased with the job they did!"

"I would like to recommend Stellar Roofing if you need a new roof. They did an excellent job putting on my new roof. Very nice installers to work with. They were done about 6.5 hours from removing the old roof to cleaning up. They did a great job cleaning up the debris around the house. The roofing specialist Justin Hammond was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy to get the sale and took the time to explain all my options in material and for cost. Being able to work with me on getting a discount to make it more affordable for me and being able while meeting with me to get me approved with a credit company so they can get me scheduled as soon as possible. I had wind damage that cause problem's of shingles missing and a 8 foot section of shingles that were lifted up. Justin also took the time out of his day to meet up with the insurance adjuster to be of any help with what happened to my roof. Justin also pushed my date of my roof being installed from three weeks out to one week because of his concern of the roof's condition because of all the rain we have been getting and didn't want me to have anymore problems. It was also a great experience to work with Jeff Hare the Project Manager to go over all the final details of the job and made sure I was happy with the final project.
