My Name is Ramona. I have been professionally cleaning for 10 years, in my own home for 25 years, and have recently taken over my mom’s residential cleaning business. I have other professionals I occasionally work with to complete a large job quicker. I am a dependable mother of three. Since my son was born prematurely during Covid, I have become OCD about cleaning. I offer great attention to detail! Pay by the job vs the hour makes sense in case I feel the need to wipe a surface 4 times to remove a hair or smudge, lol. I offer free estimates in person or over FaceTime, plus customized cleaning and organizing options as needed for my clients. As a Norwex consultant I prefer to use products that reduce chemical exposure to myself and my clients when possible; I also strive to limit disposable items to lower my footprint. Some flexibility and scheduling options include: weekly, bi weekly, monthly cleaning Monday-Saturday morning or afternoon. I have made exceptions when needed to complete a project. "I just recently had a duct cleaning done by a reputable company after moving into another home. The time and manner in which they performed the service was well beyond what I had experienced with Top Dog. So, that is why this complaint is being filed after more than 1 yr. Top Dog advertised (and still do) $99 for 10 ducts and $15 for each additional duct. Also, they said there would be an additional nominal charge for being outside of their normal area. My home had 14 ducts, so the service charge should have been $159; however, they charged $400 plus $30 tax. In addition for the exorbitant bill, only one guy was there for 1 hr, failed to clean several of the ducts, and instead of using a large vacuum hose placed at the furnace plenum and compressed air via the vents, they only used a small brush ad vacuum hose via the vents. Clearly, I received unsatisfactory service (now that I know how it should be done) and was grossly overcharged. Its outrageous that Top Dog has an A+ rating with the BBB. I would never recommend their service and disgusted that they are still in operation."

"My wife and I were contemplating putting new carpet throught out our entire house, along with two flights of stairs. Our daughter has viral induced asthma and we wanted to replace old flooring that was in our home when we bought it. Robert listened to what we wanted and our needs and then suggested engineered hardwood floors since they reduce allergens by 87%. He then gave us some links to help us learn more about this and information of the benefits of wood floors with people with asthma. We had him back a couple more times to discuss and then hired UB Harwoods to install pre-finished, engineered flooring from Mirage. There was never a hard-pressure sell, only honest information and answers to our questions. They did an unbelievable job! They matched floor levels perfect that originally had all different types of existing flooring materials, custom cut and stained stair treads to match the new pre-finished floor, and even matched heat vent covers. We are extremely happy with their quality, service and expertise. We have recommended UB Hardwoods to at least a dozen friends, all of which are satisfied customers now like us.
