"Very good work, put plastic up along the house to avoid concrete splatter. Prior to laying cement they put a inch of sand down instead of just pouring straight on top of dirt."

"Rudy Taylor is very pofessional and punctual. I had called Rudy through another review site(because of his excellent reviews) and he did the work the same evening. Rudy diagnosed the problem quickly that my valves were bad and too low in the groubd causing the sprinklers to drain back into the valve area so hr suggested making them above ground.Even though I gave him the wrong number he came to my house right on time. Rudy brought an assistant to speed up the work who is just ad experienced as rudy. The work took about 4 hours because of the amount if digging and piping that needed to be done. That dame day I had my sprinklers fixed and up and running. I am very happy with the completed job and plan to hire rudy again anytime I have sprinkler problems. <br />"

"Joe Lutz Construction is an outstanding, professional, licensed, contractor who serves the Senora and surrounding Foot Hills area. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. He has a high level of quality, integrity, and genuine sincerity. He is extremely customer orientated and I would recommend him to everyone."

"Oscar and his crew demolished and removed the existing concrete, built up the sub-base with decomposed granite, compacted it, and poured new concrete to match the existing sidewalk. They extended the sidewalk to the driveway and formed an almost imperceptible swale in the concrete to channel the flow of water from a gutter down-spout to the driveway. Previously, water from the spout had simply been absorbed by the ground at the edge of the house promulgating the subsidence of the subsurface and deformation of the old sidewalk. Oscar even provided the PVC tubing to realign the irrigation system and replacement parts for a water valve. I am very pleased with Oscar Construction and look forward to working with Oscar next Spring on a new project."
