"Excellent!! In my newly purchased home, I wanted the color in the master bedroom changed. The existing paint job was excellent - I just wanted a different color (from blue to gray). When I showed Matt my choices he made a suggestion (a warmer gray as opposed to a cooler gray for the bedroom). I am so glad I followed his advice. Matt arrived on time with all tools and materials. He removed wall plates and covered trim. He asked me to look after the first coat to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Then, when finished - it was so beautiful! The color turned out to be perfect and completely covered the old color. The job was spotless in that there were no skipped spaces and no disturbance to the already perfectly done trim and closet door (which were white). Matt is so professional and also so personable. "We emailed Philip after going to his company's website first and he emailed estimated costs back to me and we set a date [12 Jan 2015] to meet so he could look at the terrain. He contacted us the day he was to show up as it was raining in the area to make sure we still wanted him to come. Advised him it was not raining here so would be OK to check out the property and make sure what we wanted. He arrived promptly and walked the perimeter with my husband and spoke with us in depth regarding the solar gate opener we wanted for the driveway indented gate. We agreed on the cost and signed a simple contract. He stated work could begin on possibly Saturday. He later contacted us to advise that due to the weather they would not be able to start until Monday 19 Jan 2015 and to make sure that would not be an issue. Told him that would be fine and his company showed up as expected bright and early on Monday. He was paid for half the cost and the work went quickly and smoothly. His crew returned on Tuesday to continue work. They finished installing the solar gate and explaining how to operate it around noon on Wednesday 21 Jan 2015 and was paid the remaining cost, after he asked if we approved of the work. His people did a fantastic job! Remember that's 5 square acres that they first had to mow down brush along the property lines prior to doing the actual fence installation. They finished it all in 2 and 1/2 days. It looks wonderful and the solar panel for the gate works great. We just love the remotes that operate the fence gate. So nice to see a good looking field fence that enhances our property and keeps our animals on our property and other animals out. We would definitely use Philip Gaylord and his company again if ever needed. Professional and courteous with a good work ethnic. Thank you Philip."
