"When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!"

They went out of their way to help me deal with the insurance company, who did not want to cover the cost, by speaking directly to them and explaining in detail the damages to my roof, and the insurance company agreed with them and expenses were approved. The job was done in a very professional matter. Santos, the person in charge of overseeing the job, was kind in answering my questions and provided in detail all repairs done. "This was a great experience with this contractor.  As soon as I contacted them, Rafael came the next day, explained the process and began the work in just a few days.  Rafael was present on the job supervising every thing that was done.  He gave me several options as to color and the type of stamps.  He calmed my fears of putting an overlay on an existing driveway by adding fiber to the concrete and putting down reinforcment wires. His crew had to first remove the existing broken and cracked tile on the driveway and each day they cleaned up the area.  His workers arrived clean and were polite and were diligent in focusing on the job.  Rafael uses his own employees and they are well skilled at their jobs.  This experience met more than my expectations and I would recommend this contractor to everyone."
