"Marcus was awesome! Very trustworthy and always does quality work. We had seen some total transformation renovations he has done on other properties. So when we were renovating our home, we brought him in on several projects. He painted interior walls & trim. He also helped remove a wall between our kitchen and living room, did plumbing, lighting, garage shelving, door & window installation, floor tile, hung beadboard on a wall and ceiling & helped build a huge deck. One thing great about Marcus is he is extremely creative and has a keen design eye. He always had great ideas throughout our remodel. Finally, Marcus is a problem solver. When we weren't sure how we could get something to work or what to do, Marcus can always figure out a way. On top of he came up with several ideas to make working on a project more efficient saving time and money. We highly recommend Harris Renovations!"

"It went well. Tom explained the process and the person who came to fix on that day was also very helpful. He took the photos of the roof area being repaired and explained . Overall good Experience."

"Robert came to my home from Fabulous floors, he inspected the damage, measured the damage. We talked, he was incredibly knowledgeable gave me the estimate and returned a few days later and fixed my floors. They couldn’t look more beautiful. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely grateful. I really couldn’t have asked for more. I most definitely would recommend Fabulous floors to anyone who needed a repair or to put in new floors. Thank you SLMorgan"

"This was the very best business relationship I have ever experienced in my life! That may sound like an exaggeration, but it is not. These folks are not only professional, thorough, and fastidious perfectionists, they are the most honest, compassionate and caring business people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They give new meaning to the term “customer oriented.” First, Edwin carefully explained to me everything that needed to be done and why, answered my questions, and then gave me a reasonable quote that was five times less than the first quote I received, but very close to the second, so I knew he had given me a fair price. Second, the repairs were completed in a very timely manner, and using “after” photos, Edwin went over what was done. He told me one of the repairs he had quoted took less time than he thought it would, so he did not charge me the full price, which I very much appreciated. Due to the location of roofing repairs, it is easy to be taken advantage of, unless you’re willing to climb up onto the roof and know something about roofing. It is, therefore, extremely important to hire roofers you can trust. It is rare for me to make a recommendation regarding repair work, but I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending O’Franco Roofing to friends, family, or anyone who asks me. By the way, we had a torrential downpour the day after my repair, and my chimney and fireplace were bone dry!"

"Jole did excellent work for us. He was punctual, courteous, and very efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and questions. He also offered thoughtful solutions and explained thoroughly how he would implement the repair. Item#1) He had called me about a week before coming to our house ask about what kind of stain we would need. Item#2) He caulked the areas we discussed and also additional spots he noticed. His attention to detail made the job turn out flawlessly. Item#3) The old hinges were no longer manufactured. He did find a hinges with a slightly smaller size screw attachments. He was able to retrofit the doors with the new hinges to work perfectly. Item#4) He was able to glue, clamp, and restore the door to its original condition. He has had experience with woodworking and furniture repair. Item #5) He removed, reversed, and re-attached the a/c intake vent door so that the latches would be easier to reach. This will make changing the filter easier and safer. He even changed out my old filter with a new one for me while doing this project! Item#6) He fixed my kitchen cabinet doors by adjusting the hinges. The doors no longer rub against each other so they open and close easily. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly hire him again for other projects/repairs and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors."
