"The sales person was great: informative and helpful. The installers however could not speak english and they never verified the windows that were coming off the truck were the windows we ordered. The sealant that was used was also giving off fumes for three days, which caused headaches, nausea, and dizziness. When I asked about the smell they said the interior caulking doesn't have any odor, but the outside stuff does--so I am assuming they used the exterior stuff on the inside. I asked the foreman for the manufacturer safety data sheet and he kept saying he'd look into it. Finally, when my wife spoke to him over the phone, he didn't even know what an MSDS was. The lock on the slider they installed also doesn't always lock or unlock without first leaning against the slider to push it further into place, so not a good thing if there is ever a fire. The windows that the installation sheet says were installed also differ in description from what the operations manager described to me over the phone. "You had PVC double-paned windows installed," the ops manager said. "Umm, we bought triple-paned," I replied. "Oh, uh, yeah... I guess they could be considered triple paned," he responds. This can't just sound shady to me. Nor does it sound professional. He also promised the foreman would be out for the final inspection when our front window got sealed, and this too didn't happen. Never recommending these people to anyone. Sadly, I work for a residential pes control company and have over 700 customers. I always like to refer to my customers the companies my wife and I have had good luck with, but this definitely won't be one of those."

"I would NOT recommend this company. I signed a contract in DEC., 2023, My windows were installed in MARCH 2024, and from the start, it was one issue after another. They did NOT put in the window ordered, the crew disconnected my alarm sensor to that window, and buried it into the wall, and did not even have the decency to tell me. The next biggest issue was EVERY WINDOW that was installed, (11), has a DEFECT. It has now been over 8 months and I am still waiting for repairs. KEVIN their coordinator, just gives you lip service. MANY calls and emails go unanswered He does not have the decency to call you back. He goes on vacation and says he'll get back to you but doesn't. I've even sent an email to Mr. AARON SHOHAM, CEO, but no reply. The employees are just as bad. They take your info, and you CONSTANTLY need to follow up. We were misled when they were hired. The reviews, are most likely put up by them. A waste of time, aggravation, and money. STAY AWAY from them."

"RUN! Run away from this company ASAP. I don?t know how they?ve managed to obtain any positive reviews. Signed contracts in June for 7 new slider windows under the impression these are the most efficient windows available and we would qualify for any and all grants/rebates we could find. We had to check in regularly for installation. August 2025 we were set for installation. They were installed by one guy, haphazardly coordinated. We were advised two guys would do the install. These are large windows. Installer left trash in the yard. One window malfunctioned September 4, 2025, and would not close. My boyfriend reached out for assistance from 3pm on. No help until the next day. Failed inspection. Repairs made. Met no licensed contractor. Now, they?re refusing to provide an itemized invoice which we need for tax credit. Windows are not efficient enough to qualify for Duke Energy rebate. No professionalism. We spent $28,775, no grants or credits available due to THEM! "
