If you want to DIY but lack the skills and tools, I will work with you and teach you how to perform the task. I am prompt to respond, very professional in attitude and appearance. Moisture instrusion inspections. I am honest and will tell you that a handyman is not what you need and suggest you contact a specialty contractor is I cannot perform the task appropreately. I charge by the hour and it is very reasonable. I do not markup any materials required for the project. I can give you and idea of how long the task or project may take, however, it does not account for unforseen or unavoidable problems encountered during the project. I deliver a very skill craftmans performance and my mission is to "get it done right - the first time".
