"Chris, the owner, was gracious, and very knowleadgable - and top-notch experienced in this line of work. He was trustworthy in handling a huge task as ours - we had two very large trees removed by another company , but the entire stumps were not well done. Therefore, we had to hire a proficient master like Chris to tackle the job. This company is "thumbs up" all the way. I am definitely spreading the word that this is the very top best to deal with. Thank you Chris! ---Mrs. B -"

"I spoke with James of 163 LLC tree service on the phone and informed him of the huge laurel oak tree that I had in my back yard that was hollowed out and very dangerous and bordered up to three of my neighbor's properties. We met at my residence where James inspected the problem tree and gave me a very reasonable price to remove the tree. I informed him that the date of removal I would be out of town, but my son would be available during removal. After returning from my trip the hazardous tree was gone and the stump was removed without any incidents, my son says the crew provided excellent customer service and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and will keep their number handy for any future needs. Thanks to you all for such great service."

"we had a stump we tried to burn that wouldn't go away, but Austen was able to get it removed, the stump ended up being much larger than anticipated but he had the right equipment to get it all removed without making a mess of the yard and fixed the ground, leveled it afterwards so it looks like it was never here."

"Was able to do a quick turn around even during the busy spring season (came at the end of the day). Was able to get the broken flex pipe replaced and my tree capped so that the rest of the system can work properly. It was urgent because of the lack of rain."
