"I contacted 3 contractors listed on HomeAdvisor. Tim at Tri State was the ONLY one to call me back. He not only called me back but did so within the same day of my leaving the message. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at a time that worked for me. He also was able to fit my job into his very busy schedule. He replaced an exterior door, repaired drywall AND plaster, and cleaned my box gutters. All this was done in a very timely manner and the clean up when the job was finished was top notch! "I do not typically leave reviews, but a roof is probably one of the most important investments in a house. First, I was impressed with the time they took to explain all of my options, ways to save money, etc. Once I hired them, I noticed their attention to detail. I am not a handy person by any means, but I have an eye for craftsmanship and these guys did a really nice job. They were fast and efficient and they cleaned up their work very well I had a horrible experience with a company and clean up - I had new gutters put on by a different company about a year ago, which was a disaster. Cigarette butts on my roof, gutter nails left all over the yard, cut pieces of aluminum everywhere - and they wanted to do my roof too, yeah right! I wasn't familiar with Titan initially, but like a lot of people do, I received feedback and solicited opinions from family and friends on who to use. I'm glad I did. These guys were great. It was nice to see the owners come by on a couple of occasions to check in and make sure everything was going as planned...that really impressed me."

"Ty and his crew worked tirelessly to replace my roof, replace my gutters, replace plexiglass on my screened in porch and repair the ceiling in my bathroom. This damage was due to wind and hail damage and he worked very assertively with the insurance company to make sure I got all that I needed. He was a true advocate for me and I Appreciate that very much!"
