"Kai and his crew had to deal with an old (30+ years) metal pipe install and updated the sprinkler system to new pvc pipe and updated to more efficient sprinkler heads. Also, the pipe that was supplying the city water to the system was rotting out and needed to be replaced. Kai spotted this and saved me thousands if this water pipe burst in the future. Also, Kai backed his work up and was always available to fix any issues that had arisen."

I had to go back and buy more rocks and plants, because they would not put in the plants needed for West Jordan Flip your Strip Program. You will have to spell out every little thing. Value I do not believe I got my money worth. The workers would show up at around 9am and be gone by 3pm. I ask them to do some little things around the yard and they did them half A$$ed."

The next morning 8:00 a.m. The crew started the work worked until 6:30 p.m. And then showed up again this morning at 9:00 a.m. And completed the entire project which was not easy by the end of the day. The work was professional and clean. Not one issue at all. I do not think I have ever seen my wife. So happy. Thanks Carlos and Janine for all your help and please tell Jacob thank you."
