"Repeatedly confirmed over the phone while making the appointment that the service would be between 8-9 am. Waited until 9 am, and no sign of them even beginning to work in the complex, where they also had other appointments. I called to ask if they were still coming, and no answer. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."

"I bought an older home and needed some gutters replaced and repaired. Since we had recently spent a lot of money renovating home, I was budget conscious and did not want to spend a lot of money. We har All State and several vendors give us quotes. All State was a smaller family run business that was prompt and gave us a great price. We only started with a small job but ended up doing a full gutter replacement and added gutter guards. The price was fair and they completed in one day. Very happy with the work and service.
