"They worked for me for several months. They were actually really good first few times, especially the first time and at least 5 times after that. As time went on I noticed some things that I thought they were not doing but I guess they thought they were doing. We have 3 dogs and she complained about the hair. We, unfortunately, came to an impasse. The last time they came to work, I mentioned some more things and she got really upset and said that she had a heart condition and that she couldn't work for me after this. She was not happy with me. I was really upset about the whole deal too and I begged her to just forgive me and please to come back. Forgiveness was for me being so picky. I guess. She told me that I would never find anyone that would clean as well as I clean. I guess that may be true, as I know I am very picky. Since then I hired another company. I found that Bizy Bees did a much better job all the way around. Mind you they charged me $250 for the first cleaning (thought I was going to faint) and after that $125 each cleaning. I have a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1 bedroom is my office and I didn't have them to clean it. Then we were renovating our master bathroom, so, for many weeks they were cleaning only 1 bathroom. Going through the small reno we were doing she asked me to get the Vents cleaned and I did. Then she started charging me $175 each time because of the reno dust. I actually called her this past summer and asked if she'd be interested in coming back. I told her I'd pay her the same but every 2 weeks ($250 a month) instead of every 3 weeks. She called me back and told me that she would for $250 each cleaning since now with my new larger bathroom. I told her no way I could afford that amount and that if she changed her mind to call me back. Again, it was another disappointment. She was quite polite and told me she was glad that I had called. As I said, after all of this, I would love to have her back again with her family, but the cost is too high."

Also, she used good quality cleaning products that were natural, safe and effective. My oven was immaculate! I hired her for a move in cleaning and i could not be more pleased. While there i also asked her to clean one more area and she agreed and was upfront about the cost. Very pleasant and wonderful experience. "Terri was nice person but did not do exactly what I needed done. DEEP CLEAN after my construction job in my master bath for a month with workers walking thru 4 rooms and dirt and dust everywhere. Told her what I needed re all base mouldings cleaned, deep clean everything especially bedroom and bath. 1.5 hours in bath clean and missed so many things. One window in shower and it was not washed. Glass and mirrors all left streaking. I have to finish it up. Floors are tile and laminate and were left streaking. I asked her to go over them again with a little vinegar and soap and the vinegar would ruin her mop...i never heard of that. Been cleaning for 50 years...I helped her out bc 4 hours was not enough time for her to get it all done. Spent too much time on the phone. She Did not get to the kitchen was going to leave it. This is unacceptable. She stayed an extra hour to wipe down table and counter tops, sink. Missing the wipe down of appliances. 5 hours $225 later ouch 1 bath, 1 bedroom less than 1000sf. Not worth the price. Deep clean means...move all. She did not move one piece of furniture. This is NOT a deep clean. I do not mind paying if it was done to my specifications. She did not even help me make the bed nor take out the trash. The back side of my BR TV is full of dust. So, if you need deep cleaning I don't recommend her. Not enough experience for $225 nor does she accept credit cards. I did not have enough money in my account so I gave $150 via zelle and made out a post dated check for the rest but had the audacity to ask me for something via collateral???? Omg what is happening in this crazy messed up world!!"
