"We choose ASP impact windows and sliding doors over other vendors because their product (SIW) had thicker aluminum and glass than other less expensive products. They were able to make one 'eyebrow' window in one piece due to glass thickness that other vendors would have had to do in two pieces due to size. We just felt that overall ASP's SIW windows offered a little more safety. Our city inspector must have thought the same thing because he commented several times about how strong they were and event wrote down what they were for his own personal needs. I assume he has seen a lot of windows to inspect, so that gave me even more confidence that we made the right decision. We also had hurricane fabric installed for a covered section of our patio to replace an accordion that was being removed for storage outside of patio furniture, gas grill and plants during a storm. The hurricane fabric is so strong and convenient, it folds up and is stored in a bag, sitting in our closet. Chris our ASP sales person was great at explaining and patient while we did our due diligence. It did take a while for manufacturing, but definitely worth the wait. The installers were professional, keeping the areas as clean as possible, We are very happy with our new impact windows and sliding doors. Our house looks great with the new windows (and accordions removed). Would highly recommend."

"Had 4 estimates...Titan was the only one to tell me about the repairs I would have to make to install new impact sliders! Which included adding more tiles to my existing floor (luckily I had saved 20 tiles for 20 yrs!) Or that they would have to move the doors onto the concrete block. They were the only ones would told me I could have 2 sliders..both moving. AND they came in with the lowest quote of all 4. Their work was flawless and inspection passed the first time! They cleaned up and took all the trash with them! My sliders are beautiful as well as new cabana door! Charlie and Josh did a great job. "We hired Joe to replace our (4) glass sliding doors in our townhome. He came out on time and measured all the doors. Joe explained the process of how the doors are made and when we would received them(Hurricane Irma) had just hit the Westcoast of Florida so our doors would be delayed which I totally understood. Joe kept in touch with ya during the whole process. The doors finally came in and Joe arrived on time and installed every door with his worker. During the installation of the sliding glass doors he recommended that we replaced our front door.(which we did) He sold us the front door and even installed it. While installing one door in our master bedroom a piece of the door hit the screen of my television and caused damage s, Joe called it to my attention and said he would take care if it and I didn’t have to pay him the balance until he returned the tv.
