"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. Jacob and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Jacob was able to stay within our budget. Cost that was estimated is what was invoiced at the end of the job. We started off with just getting our roof replaced but then decided to put a new roof and siding on our garage. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"Jake and his crew did a great job, I was adding solar panels to my roof and wanted new shingles and plywood to support the installation. "Almost four years ago we had a terrible hailstorm that cut a path here in Queens and Nassau, New York. Golf sized hail destroyed all the siding on the back of my house and about ten thousand just to repair my car. All was worked on and fixed except the roof which they said didn't suffer enough hail strikes. Now, I  have roof leaks and water coming from a ceiling. The insurance company reevaluated the job and now conceded that I should have gotten a new roof. 
King Quality did the siding job four years ago and now they have given me a great new roof with the finest materials and a great GAF warranty that will be good for decades. The salesperson on both jobs (Robert) was just fantastic. He made sure that I got the best of everything at the best cost. He came the day of the job to make sure all was well. This with his wife in the hospital. The foreman, Andy, did great work and kept his six men going in a very professional manner. It was nice to see people work in a way where they obviously knew what they were doing and they did it very efficiently and effectively. I have a beautiful new roof and would be glad to recommend King Quality to one and all my friends and relatives.
