"Phil and his crew repaired our roof from some pretty bad seam splits 7 days before the sale on our house. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. He worked within budget to address the main issues causing the leaks and worked fast within our urgent timeframe, repairing the same day! They did such a great job that we even had a major hail storm two hours after they finished and the place was dry as a bone. "I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. "We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"<p>We were having water leaking into the crawlspace under the old wooded deck. Tom poured a footing along the wall and perimeter and put in a slight pitch to help solve the problem. The patio is beautiful! The sidewalk came out better than we could ever expect. Tom was concerned about the elevation of the sidewalk leading away from our 4 season room and added an extra step. So glad he did as my mother is elderly and this will help. How he tied in the sidewalk to the shed which faired out to a nice little area to put our garbage cans exceeded our expectations. </p> <p>Tom's Construction is an in demand company based on the their top reviews with Angie's List so schedule out in advance. We signed up late last year and got on the waiting list. We actually pushed the job out since we were replacing our 4 season room or could of had the job completed in May. We got back in his schedule but with all the rain this year and the fact that they didn't want to wreck our yard with the heavy equipment, we got it done in August. It was certainly worth the wait to go with such a professional courteous company. Very friendly and they will help you with ideas to keep costs down. </p> <p>Our yard looks totally different now and we couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish!</p> <br />"
