Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail. "

"The job was completed. The original estimate was $1095 to complete a few carpentry projects. After materials were purchased, I was told the new estimate was $1445 due to some design changes the carpenter made. The changes sounded ok so I signed off on that estimate even though I thought I should have been consulted on the changes first. Carpenter #1 started the job and got 1/2 done on day 1. Owner came the next day with Carpenter #2 and stated he would be completing the job. Carpenter #2 did return a couple days later and completed the work. 1095 1445"
