"An absolutely fantastic job by Ermir and his father in law, work team on the install of our patio, fire pit and stone wall. I went out for quote to four separate contractors for the job of extending my patio, instal/construction of a new fire pit and the new installation of a raised patio with stone wall for my new hot tub. The first 3 contractors literally spent no more than 20 minutes with me, gave me a quote and left. All standard type work - nothing out of the ordinary. Ermir was the last contractor that I met with. He spent over two hours with me going over the job, providing ideas and examples of his work and options that I did not even think of. That was the deciding factor in choosing him. Once the work started I was absolutely amazed at how hard they worked every day in 90 deg plus heat and the level of perfection that they put into the work. I was so intrigued by their skill that I could not stop watching his father in law while he was building our stone wall. I would go back to Ermir hands down for any future work. He always reached out to me to communicate status prior to the job and expectations going forward. He is the most honest, proffesional and hard working and the value he provided was incredible. "Leonard expertly repaired my slate walks and patio that had lifted and settled over time. The process included power washing the stones, laying and leveling fresh stone dust, then replacing the stone -- including replacing those that had broken. The pricing was fair and the work outstanding. I will use Leonard again and recommend him to friends and neighbors."

"I had a concrete block wall rebuilt. Kayan showed up promptly to give me an estimate. They did the work a few days later on schedule. The work was attractive and they cleaned up everything after. I would certainly use them again."

"The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves."
