"Wonderful! I requested a quote over the holiday weekend. Paul came out on Tuesday to look at the job and gave a quote. On Thursday, his team came out and did our job--even in rain drizzle! Paul was very knowledgeable, kind, gave good input and made us feel comfortable about trusting his company. Dave and his partner who came to do the job were efficient, provided honest conversation about what could be done now, what to let grow, etc. Dave also asked for our input and wanted to know our preferences before starting the job as well as at mid-points in the job. The rep argued back and forth numerous times over email with me and refused to refund my money for the treatment because he says I still got benefit. How did I get benefit if I still have the problem that I called for them to resolve ?? I had to buy the stuff myself to treat my trees and I’m still out the money they took to NOT solve my problem. Not a company I want to do business with."
