"We have an old carpet which had never been cleaned. It had pet stains. He explained that it may not be possible to get the stains out because there were old stains. He pre-treated & steamed as best he could. Worked pretty well. Gave us booties to wear over shoes while carpet was wet. We also bought his carpet stain cleaner to use for new stains. (We have a cat & an old dog with kidney issues.) Once carpet dried we could see some of stains wick up which can happen. We have solid beige color carpet. But it still looks a lot better than it did! Jim was courteous & professional. He fit us in his schedule the day after I contacted him because he had a to re-schedule a customer. Otherwise he was booked all the following week. He doesn't accept credit cards but that's okay with us."

Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. "We have used H20tek in the past and our 3 story house had some facia blow off and they came in and attached the facia for us and cleaned gutters while they were there. Price was reasonable and I didn't even get a quote / trusted H20 and they were there quick and charged a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them in the future and they are going to do some pressure washing on our patio as well. They also noted that the house probably doesn't need it again as we did recently, so they have no interest in selling you for things you don't need, which is also appreciated. Again, highly recommend and the owner Jonathan is very easy to work with for sure!"

Jobs Work included installing dry wall on the game room ceiling (damaged by water), covered a damaged kitchen floor with wood laminate, reinstalled a heavy bathroom mirror, and covered water stains on the living room ceiling. Jeff was extremely efficient and did the jobs in a timely manner."
