"We bought a new house with no time to clean! I had Gina come to do a deep clean before we moved in. She did a great job for a great price! Definitely going to use her again for yearly deep cleans."

"Shawn was on time and worked efficiently. He did a great job cleaning the hood and kept the rest of the kitchen clean while he cleaned the hood. He checked his work when he was done. I was happy with the service provided"

"Y and M Air Duct cleaning provided an important service in a way that was transparent and professional. Our house is noticeably cleaner as a result of the service. They were punctual, polite and clean. They did not cut corners and showed me what they were doing and cleaning every step of the way. The world would be better if more contractors had Y and M's work ethic."

"Very professional workers were clean & they took care of problem"

"Washed the area we wanted and did a good job."

"The house was power washed. The pool fence was half done when the men were called away. We each thought the other was going to make a date for finishing the pool fence and washing the outside of the windows. We finally got that straight and all is done. I am really pleased with the completed job. I want to express my wish that Angie's List would explain which end of the scale (A-F) is the good end. In most surveys the right had digit is the best. I ranked Bob's with F thinking that was the best. This is a redo of my review and I have changed the ranking to A hoping I'm finally doing it right."

"Chimney Force responded quickly and got our chimney cleaned the same week. Everything was left clean and the technician was very polite."

"The dispatcher was very efficient and kept us informed and confirmed all appointments. Steve made a thorough inspection of the chimney, explained the necessary repairs and gave us an estimate. Before his arrival window, he notified us that traffic was bad and that he'd be near the end of the window, which he was. He went straight to work, making all repairs he had outlined, at all times friendly and professional. We will definitely use them for our chimney/fireplace projects."

"Awesome customer service, Mary called the day before with an appointment reminder and Nathan the technician called the morning of the scheduled appointment to advise his ETA. He arrived on time and performed the cleaning and inspection quickly and with professionalism. He provided advice and recommendations for optimizing the performance and safety of the wood stove and chimney. I will have this company work for me again."
