However once the job is done, you will never see them again when there are any issues. This will not happen to Hi Tech Contracting as they are professional, responsible and trustworthy. Update: The job was done. Looks good, but after first rain the water stays in spots. And so after any rain. I called several times, got two promises to take a look, but still, after 8 months, waiting. Besides, they promised to call in spring to schedule sealcoating - nobody bothers to call. Conclusion: everage done job, reasonable price, but once they finish, they disappeared. That is it."
