Frankie came out and did an inspection of the roof. In addition to the water damage he found a number of holes in the ridge vent. He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it. I reached out to all three: one never called me back, one never showed or called for the quote appointment and Richard who answered my phone call as soon as I pressed send on the website.
