"I reached out for a couple of repairs I needed and was provided with upfront estimates, which I appreciated. Adam showed up on time and explained exactly what was going on and what he was going to do. I found they went beyond expectations and pricing was fair (especially compared to other plumbing companies). Definitely would use them again."

"Terrano Plumbing & Remodel receive a Grade A —Outstanding! My husband and I are thrilled with our new bathroom! Every step along the way – from the design to the finished product – was extremely well done and professional. We recently hired Terrano Plumbing & Remodel (TPR) to do a master bathroom remodel where our original bathroom was totally gutted. This is the very first remodel/renovation that my husband and I have ever done. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the employees and subcontractors, and the attentiveness of the owner of the company/project manager, Ross Terrano, and the office personnel. The communication with us during the process, both phone and email, was exceptional. Ross and his team deserve many thanks for making this a smooth process, even as a few unexpected glitches occurred. The responsiveness of this company was outstanding! We always received daily communications from Ross and his office personnel and prompt responses to questions, etc. From the very beginning— before the contract was signed— Ross was consistently solution oriented and had many great ideas. Ross’ solution oriented approach was greatly appreciated when my husband and I hadn’t thought of something or when we encountered some slight bumps in the road. The communication regarding scheduling was timely, and the crews were always punctual, were prepared, respectful of our home in terms of daily clean up, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. The work was performed with expertise; the workmanship is first rate. The bathroom is beautiful! We highly recommend Terrano Plumbing & Remodel! We would definitely work with them again."

"Great! The man diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services."

"John response was excellent. He was here with a new water heater so quickly. He drained, disconnected, and installed all before dinner. Cleaned up his mess. I would call him again for any plumbing needs."

"Excellent experience! Prompt follow up from the owner Adam who explained pricing and what it included. Scheduled the work and they contacted me first thing in the morning to provide an estimate arrival time. Technician called when he was on the way. The technician Mike did an excellent job from start to finish. No surprises or changes to the original quote and it was very competitive. I was very happy with the whole experience and would certainly recommend West End Plumbing. Thank you again for a very positive experience!"

"Excellent!! That describes my experience with Equal Rooter. If you don't like to read long reviews, that is all you need to know. Call them, you will not be disappointed. For those who like details... from my initial phone call with Kevin, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Andrew and his assistant arrived within the time window, completed the job in a professional and polite manner, and even did a few extra touches to assure my satisfaction. They honored the coupon that was on Angie's list as well. They are a breath of fresh air in a time when many service providers fall short. I will not hesitate to call them with my plumbing needs in the future."

"Excellent, Toby provided constructive suggestions for the plumbing work to be performed, and did a super job! While his price was not the least expensive it was competitive. He ensured there were no leak before he left and even our maintenance men commented that his work "was first class". We were so impressed we are looking at having Toby do some smaller plumbing work in the individual units. We would recommend Toby and Rooter One to anyone no matter a big or small job."
