He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "I needed a new roof on my house. The representative of this company, Austin Eure, was very efficient in helping me get the roof I needed for my home. He first checked out the roof then he returned to my home to be here with the inspector from my insurance company. Austin helped me with the paperwork I needed to fill out for my insurance company. He showed me the different roofing tiles I could choose. The following week, roofing tiles came to my home and a little while later, a dumpster arrived. Two days later, a crew came to install my roof. Before I knew it, blue tarp was around my house to collect the old tiles. A layer of black paper made it on my roof and soon the new roof tiles were being installed. Since it was done last month, December of 2020, the day ran out and the job still needed to be completed. Within a day, a couple of men came to finish the job. My yard was completely cleaned before these men left my property. They used a magnetic roller to collect the leftover nails from my lawn. The yard was raked and the driveway was swept in order to get all the nails picked up. Within a day of completing the job, someone came to get the dumpster. I would highly recommend Tru-Top Roofing for anyone considering getting a new roof."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
