John not only immediately contacted us, he also came right out to see if it would even be possible to repair the damage. We are truly amazed that the team at Arakelian was able to restore our rug - we cannot even see any remnants of the stain! John gave us a timeframe for each step of the process and kept in touch with us throughout. We then had several other rugs cleaned at very reasonable prices. The rugs were picked up, delivered, and placed. We also purchased new padding which makes such a difference.
