Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). The contractor on sight was only told about the 2 hours under a single agreement and asked to be paid on-the-spot for the other 2 hrs as he likely gets paid by the job and thus his insistence on payment. Said I would get reimbursed for any overpayment but I said no as I was paid in full. The company needs to communicate better with their employees to avoid placing the customer in an uncomfortable position."
