"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"

"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! "After having Encore Builders transform the pool area at my previous home, I knew they were the perfect choice for my current property. This time, the project included creating a paved walkway and enhancing the front yard with low-maintenance landscaping. One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. "Kaster at Permagreen is simply awesome. Where do I begin... First there was a leak in our backyard that constantly drenched parts of it for good 9+ months and couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. When i called permagreen and informed then of the problem we were having, they came out quickly and dug holes in the ground to determine that the water was coming from the house behind us. We were able to contact the neighbor and fix the overwatering problem quickly. We also had permagreen plant several trees along our wall in the backyard to provide us with much needed privacy and they did an awesome job. The crew ran a new sprinkler line and planted 10+ large beautiful trees along our backyard walls at a price we didn't think was possible. Lastly, they were also able to do a quick demolition of large concrete slab when we decided to remove it in the middle of them planting trees. We will definitely be using them again in the near future for our landscape/hardscape needs. We simply can't recommend them enough. "Cornejo Landscaping installed turf and border stones in our backyard. The installation was detailed with curves and bends for natural look using border stones and DG for a beautiful finish. We were very impressed with Christian Cornejo and his team as it was evident that they were skilled professionals. We were, in fact, so impressed with Cornejo Landscaping that we then hired them to replace our ugly old broken concrete driveway with beautiful tumbled stone pavers surrounded by DG and California Gold. We collaborated with Christian on the driveway layout and he provided excellent guidance on the design and presented cost saving options to work with our budget. The driveway demo and installation was exact and professional. We are 100% satisfied with the results and many of our neighbors have stopped by to comment on how beautiful the driveway looks.
