"I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way . My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design. The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. Iâ m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesnâ t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result."

"We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. We have now doubled our backyard space and for the first time in 12 years be proud to show off our backyard!

"Nir wrangles a team of very professional contractors. They did extensive roofing for us and water-damaged wall and flooring repairs with attendant painting. They also replaced a very old and worn out back fence and gate with one that perfectly matches our fencing and works flawlessly and is much more stable than the old fence. Highly recommended."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. He ordered material four days in advance told me he would come on a certain day was there only took one day to install everything was very clean and floor looks nice ."
