He designed the yard to protect any future mishap with large boulders that look great and add to the Colorado surroundings. Then he carefully placed new plants. When the fence materials from his supplier were subpar, he stood behind his work."

"On 03/20/2025, we entered into an agreement with the defendant for landscaping located at 6522 Nile Circle, Arvada Co. 80007. Dave estimated the work would take approximately tow weeks to complete. We paid the defendant $ 6,244.00 up front, which was 50% of the total project cost. Since receiving the deposit, the defendant has failed to perform the agreed-upon work. In the past 40 days, the defendant has only worked approximately 8 hrs on the project.- he has failed to return numerous attemps to contact him vis text and phone. He doesn t return phone calls or many texts., and he has only showed up to work after I call and ask him to come out, which most of those conatct attempts result in a no show. As of the date of this filing, the defendant has not completed the work, has not returned the up front payment, and has not communicated any reason for the delay or abandonment of the work. We are requesting a judgement for the return of the $6, 288.00. We have photos of the work not done but unable to upload them on this website. He did not say they might or might not be able to do it when we agreed on a price. I wish he had called me when he ran into the problem to discuss the problem with me rather than just saying, "We're done." When I asked about not completing this task during the walk through he just said it was not possible to do with their equipment. But he didn't offer any break on our agreed upon price."

"They are a crew of 4 that work well together. I hired Manny for a couple of projects. He not only does masonry work but he does other landscaping projects. He fixed our very large/wide steps built using pavers to instead be secured by concrete instead of the original sand method. We had used caulk to keep sand from disappearing and he fixed all these joints so that you see the concrete instead. I had the team bring about 3 tons of mixed size rock so that we had stone next to the house. Manny had to lay a few bricks so that it transitioned with the slope of our yard. More recently we had him lay down flagstone to build a nice path along our side yard. They always arrived on time and were very respectful with regards to completing their work. I would highly recommend his service. Manny and his team do a very professional job and no task is too small. I already have another project to extend our flagstone pathway to the front."
