He and I were able to organize for him to inspect and bid a backyard job of removing wood decking on grade on a concrete slab and remove both the concrete pad and a chipped and cracked old concrete garden walk from house to garage. He did the job, cleaned up, sent me pictures, and an invoice which I promptly paid from my bank account to his. We have never met in person.
