Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"I've lived in my old house for nearly 20 years. Every few years, slates could come off, or we'd need something fixed. I've struggled to find a good roofer who will do slate work and do it well. The last couple repairs were done with the wrong type of slate (color mismatch) and adding copper hangers everywhere. I just thought that this was the best I was going to get. I checked out the reviews of Doherty Roofing and I had to try again. Jason is a REAL professional. Self-proclaimed perfectionist who cares deeply about his work. He came out a few times to ensure that he sourced the right type of slate (a near perfect match!) and fixed all this repairs from years passed. As we worked, he explained his approach. I learned a lot about slate work - and even my house - from talking with him. He also installed copper snow bars to keep snow from the front walk. I *cannot* recommend Jason more highly."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Global Roofing had the best recommendations (one of the reasons we chose them), and after working with them we know why! Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! They covered the house in tarps while taking the old shingles off, and the entire surrounding area of my house was spotless when they left! And the Final product looks great! "Power Construction was amazing to work with on replacing our roof after we purchased a home badly in need of a new roof. List was fantastic in coordinating, Rudy was exceptional, and Dan was beyond helpful in managing the work and making sure everything met our expectations. When we purchased the home we learned there was a mold problem in the attic as a result of a leak in the roof, and I have an extreme allergy to mold and my husband has asthma, so we were urgently really looking for a team of professionals that would be able to handle coordinating the roofing work to start as soon as the environmental team we hired had finished completing the mold remediation in the attic space. Dan and Lisa were exceptional at working with us to ensure that none of the work posed any hazard to our health, Dan worked with the team to put in a new vent installed through the roof for our fan in the bathroom to prevent the moisture from building up in the attic, and Dan & Rudy made sure we selected high quality roofing materials to make sure that there was never an issue with the new roof or with mold or dampness in the attic again. Power Construction really was great to work with, and they worked as a team to get the work done exactly as we wanted - they even completed the entire roof replacement in just two days, and we are in love with the new roof. Lisa helped us choose colonial slate as the color for the roofing shingle - and we absolutely love the finished product and the grey tones match the siding well. The end result was a new roof, but really it gave our entire home a facelift and some much needed curb appeal! These guys are the best- we would recommend to anyone!"

I was provided with an estimate promptly that was very competitive. All follow up emails and calls were answered immediately. The new roof looks great and the property was cleaned completely. A representative from Evans came out the next day to meet us in person to make sure we had no questions or issues.
