"We had a problem with the flat roof.. There was extensive water damage. I called a number of companies. Aastro was the first to show up, and the only company that actually did roof repairs. Frankie came out and did an inspection of the roof. In addition to the water damage he found a number of holes in the ridge vent. He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it. The techs Saloman and Gregorio were out there the next day working on the repairs. They worked quickly and clean. They earned every penny they're paid and then some. Frankie and Rogelio, the production manager, checked in regularly and the work was completed in two days. From start to finish it was a five star experience."

"I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. "I had done roofing in the past but too old now. I had two leaks as well as needed some repair to a flat portion on my roof. I got 4 quotes and while Tiger team was not the lowest (the cheap usually comes out expensive) I felt that their quote was very fair and Mike was very professional through the evaluation process explaining in detail what they intended to do. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and friendly, never talked down to me even when I questioned how they planned on doing the repair and off they went to work. About an hour into the repair of the largest leak I went out to check on them and when I saw a lot of rotted wood in my front yard I knew that there was more hidden damage than expected. I checked on them from time to time and a few hour repair turned into an all day affair due to underlying damage which could not be seen prior. A roof is like a box of chocolates, you don't know what you got until you get into it. At the end the foreman showed me pictures of the process and damage. The largest leak was at the bottom of a valley and they completely replaced everything all of the way up to the peak due to all of the rotted wood to make sure that it was done right and I agreed 100%. He said that it would be a little more than quoted (which I already expected) and Mike would call and we would discuss it. My gut feeling of Mike was that he was an honest and fair person so I was somewhat at ease, but when I spoke to mike only charged for labor and materials on the additional work which was about half of what I expected so I was thrilled. Later that weekend I went up on the roof to check the work and was very impressed by the quality and how thorough they were. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and will use them in the future for any of my roofing needs."
